Golf

Orcas Island Country Golf Club offers challenging shots and peaceful country surroundings.  Golfing is a popular sport with the local islanders and the school district has sponsored a golf team for years.  The course is modeled after traditional Scottish courses and supports nine-hole and eighteen-hole games; it is also available for organized golfing events and offers annual memberships.

Golf carts are available for use and food and drinks are sold at the clubhouse during active hours.  The clubhouse itself is set on a hill overlooking the course and water hazards, providing the perfect deck and lounge location for mid-game breaks and after parties.  Additional golf experiences for all ages can be found at the courses on San Juan Island and Lopez Island.
