Evans Bicycles is owned and operated by Paul Evans on Orcas Island, Washington. Starting as a small bicycle rental and sales shop at the Orcas Ferry Landing in 1991 (Dolphin Bay Bicycles), Paul’s passion for bicycles led him to the construction of some of the finest hand-built frames available.
