Arts and Galleries
Many artists and musicians live here and they are happy to share their talent with others. A big annual event here is the Orcas Island Chamber Music Festival held near summer’s end. Actors also perform at the Orcas Grange. Small musical groups put on shows during the summer season. Noon concerts are held at Emmanuel Church each week in July and August.
Those who love art will find a trip to Orcas Island Artworks in Olga intriguing. The Lambiel Museum just outside Eastsound features work by local artist but also art and curiosities from all over.
Crow Valley Pottery
Since 1959! Classic “old Orcas” 1866 log cabin pottery & gallery showcasing 70 artists. Enjoy the gardens brimming with playful yard-art. Crow Valley Pottery also hosts summer shows with great music; call for dates. Open daily, Summer-Mid September, 10am-5pm. “CVP IN TOWN” is open Wednesday – Monday 10am-5pm, Sundays only until 4pm.

Orcas Island Artworks
One of the oldest Northwest cooperative galleries featuring works from 45 local artists. Extensive selection of locally made pottery, painting, jewelry, art glass, fiber & wood. Visit the new Orcas Island Artworks building in Eastsound Village 217 Main Street in Eastsound (also known as the old library), our home away from home while our building in Olga is repaired. The Olga location should re-open for business again early Summer 2014. Summer hours from 10am-6pm and Winter hours are from 11am-5pm.
